Enroll/Making Changes

Benefits coverage for full time employees begins on the date of hire, and you have 31 days to elect your benefits.

During the year, you cannot make changes to your benefits unless you have a Qualified Life Event. If you do not make changes to your benefits within 31 days of the Qualified Life Event, you will have to wait until the next annual Open Enrollment period to make changes (unless you experience another Qualified Life Event).

• User Name: First 6 characters of your last name + last 4 digits of your Social Security number, no spaces or hyphens. For example: Bob Jones (123-45-6789) would log in as jones6789.
• Password: The password you previously created. If you have forgotten your password, click
  • “Forgot Your User Name or Password?”
  • For First-Time Users: Enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN).

• Update your personal information and add your dependents.
• Complete the enrollment for each – Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life, and AD&D.
